FullyRaw Mango Avocado Noodle Salad!

The FullyRaw Mango Avocado Noodle Salad! Delicious, sweet, simple, and sassy! 5 ingredients and 7 minutes to make! Holy Mango Heaven!

Ingredients & portions (plus, what I would use):


5-7 large zucchinis = 1-2 zucchinis

4-5 cups sliced mango or 2-3 mangoes = 1 cup sliced mango or 1 mango

avocado = ¼-½ avocado

2-3 green onions/scallions (optional) = ½ green onion/scallion

1-2 limes juiced

cilantro, rosemary and jalapeno (optional)

Directions:


Spiralize your zucchinis and place them in a bowl.
Then, blend the rest of the ingredients and pour the mango dressing over your noodles. Mix in together and top with some green onions or chives. Enjoy this amazing dish!
