FullyRaw Chili Recipe


Kristina's 'FullyRaw' Chili Recipe 

INGREDIENTS:

3-4 cups ripe tomatoes - can be beefsteak, roma, or cherry tomatoes- any tomatoes, really!

3-4 cups of soaked and drained sun dried tomatoes - (salt-free)

1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes

1-2 cups corn - (raw, non-GMO [organic])

1 cup diced zucchini

1 cup diced celery

1 cup diced red bell pepper

½ cup of diced carrots

½ cup diced green onions

1-2 cups sliced mushrooms

½-1 cup diced red onion

½ cup diced cilantro

¼-1 cup of diced avocado

1 diced jalapeño pepper

a few diced garlic cloves

fresh basil

Dry Herbs and Spices:

chili powder

paprika

sage

cumin

thyme

cayenne pepper 

ENJOY!

I haven't tried this recipe yet. You might want to omit some ingredients if they aren't to your tastes.
