The Breast Cancer Link To Bras


(NaturalNews) The birth of feminism in the late 1960s and early 1970s featured young women burning bras as a counterpoint to young men burning their draft cards. Bra burning was a social statement. Now there's more discussion regarding the medical merits of those demonstrations.

Ironically, it was an American woman who invented the bra around the turn of the 20th century, according to Ken L. Smith, a health educator and Breast Health Facilitator for the American Cancer Society.

Up until the beginning of the 20th century, corsets were what made women exhibit that desired hourglass figure and inadvertently pushed up the bust line for fashionable clothing of that time. The problem was, corsets messed with internal organs while shaping those hourglass figures, and their tightness resulted in women fainting easily and often.

The birth of the bra


In 1893, Marie Tucek made a "breast supporter" that looked like a modern brassiere. But, later, Mary Phelps Jacobs designed a better version and called it a brassiere. She patented it and sold the patent to a company named Warner Brothers Corset Company in Bridgeport, Connecticut, for $1,500. It caught on.

By the 1950s, teenage girls were urged to buy and use training bras to hold their breasts firmly in a desirable way and prevent sagging. But even the brassier industry admits that the only time bras prevent sagging is while wearing them.

Ken Smith suggests that using artificial breast support long enough will cause the breasts' cup-shaped suspensory Cooper's ligaments to atrophy, allowing the breasts to sag over time anyway. Exercises that strengthen pectoral muscles can be helpful.

It's recommended to use a one-piece sports bra for exercising. Some women use one-piece sports bras as a healthier alternative to regular bras when not exercising.

Bras and breast health


The connection between wearing bras and painful and bothersome non-malignant breast fibrocystic disease as well as malignant breast cancer was hardly mentioned until the book Dressed to Kill by researchers Sydney Ross Singer and Soma Grismaijer came out in 1995.

They surveyed 5,000 women and discovered that women who wore bras for 12 hours or more greatly increased breast cancer risk compared to women who wore bras less.

Dr. Gregory Heigh of Florida has found that over 90% of women with fibrocystic breast disease find improvement when they stop wearing their brassieres. There are case testimonies (source below) from breast fibrocystic disorder patients who realized this when they stopped or at least lessened brassiere use.

The connection between breast tumors, non-malignant or malignant, and bras has merit when considering the lymph drainage issues from wearing bras too often. The lymph system, which includes lymph nodes in the breasts, requires body movement to pump out the lymph nodes' accumulation of toxic waste materials. That's what bouncing on a rebounder is about.

Not only are breasts' movements inhibited by bras, thus restricting proper lymph node draining, but the tight enclosures of bras constrict the breasts and constrict lymph material flow.

If a Florida doctor has observed 90% healing from fibrocystic breast disorders upon not wearing bras, with many other women offering testimonies with positive results on their bra abstinence, it follows that wearing bras less or not at all helps prevent breast cancer.

Vaccine-induced immune overload now effects majority of US children, study finds

Immunity is crucial. But the artificial kind brought about by vaccines can be extremely damaging, especially when the body's immune response is too strong. A groundbreaking new study published in the peer-reviewed journal Molecular and Genetic Medicine highlights the consequences of this vaccine-induced immune overload, stating that the majority of American children now suffer from the often debilitating condition.

Dr. J. Bart Classen, M.D., an immunologist with extensive knowledge about vaccine adverse events, recently investigated the current epidemic of inflammatory diseases among children. Cases of type-1 diabetes, type-2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, autoimmune disorders, asthma and food allergies have been steadily increasing over the years, corresponding directly with an increase in the number of vaccines on the official vaccination schedule for children.

This is not a coincidence, according to Dr. Classen's research, as the immune responses generated by vaccines are known to cause inflammation in many people. When too many vaccines are given at once, or within a very short period of time, the body may experience an immune overload resulting in an inflammatory response.

 "We have been publishing for years that vaccines are causing an epidemic of inflammatory diseases including diabetes, obesity and autism," says Dr. Classen. "However, the number of vaccines given to children has continued to rise to a point where we have reached a state of immune overload in roughly the majority of young U.S. children."

One-size-fits-all vaccines harm many children

Like with adding a standard amount of fluoride chemicals to public water supplies, the one-size-fits-all vaccine approach is problematic for many children. Each child is inherently unique, which means his or her immune system is also unique. But set vaccine schedules and doses based on age fail to take any of this into account, which ends up overwhelming many children's immune systems. In order for vaccines to work as intended, explains Dr. Classen, each vaccine dose given at a certain age must generate the appropriate protective immune response in those with the weakest immune systems, and in at least 90 percent of children. But in the process of doing this, a great number of children end up having their immune systems over-stimulated.

"The process of over stimulating the immune system time and time again increases the risk of inflammatory diseases like autoimmune diseases, and allergies which cause even more inflammation," writes Dr. Classen in his paper. "Inflammation causes the release of cytokines which can trigger autoimmune diseases but also stimulate cortisol production, the major negative feedback loop of the immune system."

Increase in diabetes and pre-diabetes caused by immune overstimulation 

It is this steady production of cortisol in response to inflammation that is so problematic. Individuals who suffer from this often tend to develop inflammation-related diseases like type-2 diabetes. They also tend to be obese and suffer from various symptoms of metabolic syndrome, demonstrating how a vaccine-induced immune response can ultimately trigger these and other diseases.

"The best data indicates that vaccine induced chronic disease is now of a magnitude that dwarfs almost all prior poisoning of humans including poisoning from agents like asbestos, low dose radiation, lead and even cigarettes," adds Dr. Classen.

 "Most patients don't even realize that they are suffering from the adverse effects of vaccines. Even more concerning is that patients and/or their parents are being harassed and accused of practicing poor dieting and exercise habits, leading to the development of obesity and diabetes, when in fact they suffer from vaccine induced obesity and diabetes."

Ingredients & portions (plus, what I would use):


5-7 large zucchinis = 1-2 zucchinis

4-5 cups sliced mango or 2-3 mangoes = 1 cup sliced mango or 1 mango

avocado = ¼-½ avocado

2-3 green onions/scallions (optional) = ½ green onion/scallion

1-2 limes juiced

cilantro, rosemary and jalapeno (optional)

Directions:


Spiralize your zucchinis and place them in a bowl.
Then, blend the rest of the ingredients and pour the mango dressing over your noodles. Mix in together and top with some green onions or chives. Enjoy this amazing dish!

When A Microwave Is Running, You Should Be Too!

Hardly ever is there a human being on Earth who doesn't know that microwave ovens irradiate food, destroy nutrition and are hazardous to your health, but for so many, the convenience of them wins the battle, and you can find a "nuker" (radiation oven) in more than 90% of U.S. homes and in most office "break rooms" across the globe. Having a microwave oven is almost as common place as having a television.

What hardly any person knows is that metals in the body, including in dental fillings, can expand and cause chronic pain and damage, in ways nobody is even thinking about, including doctors. Plus, when those metals expand, they can release toxins into the blood, like mercury. This is worth considering.

Where do you stand when something is cooking in a microwave oven? How close are you to it? Do you wait for say, the last 20 to 30 seconds, right in front of the door, ready to pop it open, as if it's safe as long as the door is closed? Who told you that?

To appreciate the damage that's being done to humans by microwave ovens, one first must understand how microwave ovens actually work, and then you can apply that to the effects on your mercury amalgam dental fillings, your rods, pins, screws and metal plates that repaired broken bones and, of course, pacemakers.

How Microwave Ovens Work And Why You Shouldn't Even Be In The Room...


"Nukers," as many call them, produce microwave radiation that interacts with molecules in food. That wave "energy" changes the polarity of those molecules from positive to negative with each cycle of the wave, at millions of times per second. This severe agitation (and friction) bombards the food and forcefully deforms it. The scientific name for this is "structural isomerism."
 
You've heard of radiation from the conventional treatments, especially in the USA, that are given to cancer patients to attempt to destroy cancer cells. Yet, radiation itself is the result of nuclear decay. A microwave oven decays the molecular structure of food, and the packaging of that food leaches toxins into the food, like BPA, and that's just the beginning of the damage being inflicted. Think about what happens outside of that oven, within 10 to 20 feet, to a person's "organic" self, including metals that can expand from those "rays." Do you think the cheap plastic door on your microwave oven is protecting you, containing all of that activity? Do you get headaches and body aches in specific places from "hanging around," waiting for your food to finish being nuked? Does your jaw hurt on the side where you have mercury amalgam fillings? Do your bones and muscles hurt where you've broken them in the past and had reconstructive surgery, especially with metal rods and pins? Maybe you got titanium and you think you're safe. It's time to figure it out!

Aluminum And Silver Expansion


Composite dental fillings often contain acrylate, aluminum, formaldehyde, hexane, polyurethane, strontium, mercury and copper. Aluminum makes the composite filling last longer. These composites bind to the tooth structure. Amalgam is just the generic term applied to the silver-mercury type of filling, which is still very common in 2014. Silver has been used for over 150 years and is inexpensive for dentists to use. The materials alone only cost about one dollar. Your nerve tissue and your kidneys are at high risk from exposure to mercury, which could be releasing from your fillings when the aluminum expands in your teeth while you're camped out next to the running microwave oven. Mercury has been proven to cause brain damage in children and is linked to neurological and gastrointestinal problems, not to mention Alzheimer's disease. Plus, since the 1970s, non-gamma-2 (high copper) fillings release many more times mercury vapor than the older style of amalgam.

Run From The "Nuker"


Studies already show that simply brushing and chewing can cause the release of significant amounts of mercury from fillings, so when microwave ovens are expanding your fillings, think about the repercussions. This mercury can build up in the brain, pituitary and adrenal glands, and other parts of the body. Do you have IBS and use a microwave? Does someone you know have Parkinson's disease after having owned and used a microwave oven for years? Are you pregnant and living in a home with a nuker?

Alert! Amalgam Fillings (Mercury) React To Microwave Ovens!


If you have mercury amalgam fillings, have them removed safely by a holistic dentist as soon as possible and replace them with biocompatible materials. There are safe alternatives. Then, throw away the microwave oven; that way, you won't have to run the other direction every time it's running. Remember, rods, pins and steel plates react to microwave ovens, and people with pacemakers should never be even remotely near a radiation oven. Use common sense and heat your food in a safe pot or pan. Trust me, it's worth the wait.

What Is Your Microwave Doing To Your Health?

Is it possible that millions of people are ignorantly sacrificing their health in exchange for the convenience of microwave ovens? Why did the Soviet Union ban the use of microwave ovens in 1976? Who invented microwave ovens, and why? The answers to these questions may shock you into throwing your microwave oven in the trash.
 
Over 90% of homes have microwave ovens used for meal preparation. Because microwave ovens are so convenient and energy efficient, as compared to conventional ovens, very few homes or restaurants are without them. In general, people believe that whatever a microwave oven does to foods cooked in it doesn't have any negative effect on either the food or them.

Of course, if microwave ovens were really harmful, our government would never allow them on the market, would they? Would they? There is evidence to prove  that microwave cooking is not natural, nor healthy, and is far more dangerous to the human body than anyone could imagine.

However, the microwave oven manufacturers are suppressing the facts and evidence. Because of this, people are continuing to microwave their food - in blissful ignorance - without knowing the effects and danger of doing so.

So where is the evidence? 

 
In 1991, there was a lawsuit in Oklahoma concerning the hospital use of a microwave oven to warm blood needed in a transfusion. The case involved a hip surgery patient, Norma Levitt, who died from a simple blood transfusion.

It seems the nurse had warmed the blood in a microwave oven. This tragedy makes it very apparent that there's much more to "heating" with microwaves than we've been led to believe. Blood for transfusions is routinely warmed, but not in microwave ovens. In the case of Mrs. Levitt, the microwaving altered the blood and it killed her.

It's very obvious that this form of microwave radiation "heating" does something to the substances it heats. It's also becoming quite apparent that people who process food in a microwave oven are also ingesting these "unknowns".

Dr. Hans Ulrich Hertel, who is now retired, worked as a food scientist for many years with one of the major Swiss food companies that do business on a global scale. A few years ago, he was fired from his job for questioning certain processing procedures that denatured the food.

In 1991, he and a Lausanne University professor published a research paper indicating that food cooked in microwave ovens could pose a greater risk to health than food cooked by conventional means.

An article also appeared in issue 19 of the Journal Franz Weber in which it was stated that the consumption of food cooked in microwave ovens had cancerous effects on the blood. The research paper itself followed the article. On the cover of the magazine there was a picture of the Grim Reaper holding a microwave oven in one of his hands.

Dr. Hertel was the first scientist to conceive and carry out a quality clinical study on the effects microwaved nutrients have on the blood and physiology of the human body.

His small but well controlled study showed the degenerative force produced in microwave ovens and the food processed in them. The scientific conclusion showed that microwave cooking changed the nutrients in the food; and, changes took place in the participants' blood that could cause deterioration in the human system.  

Ten Reasons To Throw Out Your Microwave Oven:

  • Continually eating microwave processed food causes permanent brain damage.
  • The human body is unable to metabolize the unknown by-products created in microwaved foods.
  • Male and female hormone production is shut down and/or altered by continually eating microwaved foods.
  • The effects of by-products remain in the human body long-term.
  • Minerals, vitamins and nutrients are reduced by microwaving so that the body gets little or altered components that cannot be broken down.
  • The minerals in vegetables are altered into cancerous free radicals by microwaves.
  • Microwaved foods cause stomach and intestinal cancerous growths. This may partially explain the rapid increase of the colon cancer rate in America.
  • Long term consumption of microwaved foods causes cancerous cells to increase in human blood.
  • It also causes immune system deficiencies through alterations in the lymph glands and blood serum.
  • Eating microwaved food causes loss of memory and concentration, emotional instability and a decrease of intelligence.
