For my salad I have used:
Carrots
Mango
Cucumber
Raspberries
Blackberries
Red, Yellow, and Orange Bell Peppers
Tiny bit of Red Onion
and Leafy Greens for the Salad!
The FullyRaw Low Fat GUAC includes:
1-2 Cups Chopped Zucchini
Half an avocado
1/4 Cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Diced Red Onion
Optional: 3-4 Roma Tomatoes
1 Cup Chopped Cilantro
Juice of 1 Lemon (or Lime Juice)
